Great Family Getaway with Tennis Fun!

We had a fantastic stay for 4 nights. The kids loved the tennis courts and pools! The staff were friendly and helpful, making our experience enjoyable. A tip for families, bring extra kitchenware for convenience since the kitchen could use more dishes. Overall, a solid place for active families!

My kids wished there were more dining options nearby, especially for takeout after long days at the pool. Having a place for quick bites or snacks would have made our stay even better.

I loved my stay at Shadow Mountain Resort & Club. The studio suite had a comfy bed and an expansive balcony, offering great views. The pool area was well-kept and inviting with ample seating. The staff at the reception were friendly, and they greeted me warmly each time I walked by. The drinks at the pool bar were delicious. However, the decor felt outdated and could use some refreshing. Overall, despite some minor shortcomings, I had a pleasant time and appreciated the amenities.

Just a proper fit for a date night in Palm Desert with high value for money. Adriana at the front desk was fantastic and made check-in smooth. Make sure to ask for a room with a full kitchen if you're planning to cook.

I stayed in a studio that was super clean and cozy. The bed was really comfortable, and I loved the huge balcony. The decor felt a bit dated, but it didn't bother me too much. The kitchenette was handy for quick meals, but it could have used a couple more utensils. Water pressure in the shower was great! Overall, I'd say it was a chill place to stay.

During our three-night stay in a Studio, the peaceful atmosphere and the stunning mountain views were truly delightful. The cleanliness of our room and the amazing swimming pool made our time relaxing. However, accessing the pool's location posed a bit of an inconvenience, and the pool itself could benefit from a bit of resurfacing. On a positive note, the staff was consistently friendly and attentive throughout our stay.
